Our Mission

Founded in 1992, Magnolia Crappie Club began as a small group of individuals who shared a passion for crappie fishing. Over the years, we have grown into a vibrant community of  crappie anglers who are committed to creating a more sustainable fishing sport. 

We have grown from a few crappie anglers to become the oldest and largest crappie club in the nation.

The Magnolia Crappie Club's mission is to promote the sport of crappie fishing sustainability and advocate for policies that protect our fishing sport. We believe that small actions can make a big impact, and we work tirelessly to create a more sustainable future for our young anglers. Family, Fishing,& Fun!!!.

With MCC we focus on our future, our youth. We have a youth prize (now 3) during each tournament. We also have a Academy Sports Youth Angler of the Year Points Race.

Our Tournaments

Each season we offer our teams 10 regular season tournaments and a classic championship tournament. The top 50 anglers in the Angler of the Year Points Race automatically qualify if they yave fished at least 5 tournament. In prior years we have fished for over $50K in our 2 day classic. We pay 20 places for our classic and 15 places in our regular tournament.
